Nancy Allen, I think that trash talking is just that. It is demeaning to another player. What I witness most of the time is repartee'. An on going good natured discourse. This I have no problem with and think that most people wouldn't either. I'm sure that there are people out there that cannot tell the difference and that's their loss. Fortunately they are far and few. The majority of players I have met are decent , sportsmanship oriented players.

Played in a NSA tournament last year in Tacoma, Wa. Couldn't hardly hit the ball past 2nd base. Must have been a 52/275 or softer ball. Not much fun at all.

Discussion: ON MY HONOR 3

There have been times that I have thought someone was using an altered bat. That said, there was not one thing I could do about it. I have yet to see someone challenged or have a bat tested. I have seen a person told they were using a banned bat. Not common but it happened. In my conversations with umps and TOCs they even alluded to the fact that they suspect but don't check. In all of your honored opinions what should the ruling counsels do?

I use a balanced phsyco all the time. Took a little longer to break in but seems to be far more durable than the UII's.

Discussion: What will it take to ban Gary 19

I agree with Pricer. I may not like Gary19's tone but I just tune it out. No one says that I have to read his input. We all have a choice.

My first thought is why does it matter and who really cares? Seems like a sore spot for many to pick on. Let it be and let him live his life. It doesn't hurt anyone.

Seeing we are all getting older, maybe we could use our laser finders to hit with and then our gps to find the bases. I'm in.

James, I am also a U2 guy. Am swinging a psycho right now. I am going to try and play in the 5/5/5 this year. Rumor has it most of our team will be in Laughlin and then Pheonix during that time. You guys need an old timer for backup? lol. Hope your holidays were good also.

JamesLG, as much as you may want a new bat I would have to say that yours worked perectly fine last year. I personaly would not like to watch anymore of your hits go to or over the fence. I think maybe you need to see what you can do with a wood bat again. LOL..
