Ultra II's
I play in a 40 & Over League in Penna. Last night one of the players on the team had a friend stop by the field before the game.

The reason he stopped by was because he has approx. 50 ASA Stamped original Ultra II's, he thought he might sell a few. Anyway if anyone is need of an original Ultra II, please email me for more details. Email addy rbarlow@cybergap.net.

Hey 2awesom,
I am in need of a 28 oz. U II, with ASA stamp. I tried the e-mail address that you have posted and it wouldn't go through. If you could get me any info on the bats I would appreciate it. You can e-mail me at dgchrist84@hotmail.com. You may remember me I played 1st for Angle Inn Doghouse last year. I'm the guy that got kneed in the head in a collision at first in Delaware last year. Hope to hear from you.
Thanks

I hope you guys get pics from the actual holder\owner of these before you send in the payment. Back then they were going to 250-325. ORIGINALS...Paper knob sticker and all.
Could be a good deal going down. But having 50, makes me wonder. Am just surprised no price was mentioned at the beginning when he said he might sell a few...Good luck with it.

I looked at them They all appeared legit to me They are Used, not New. I should have stated that in the original
post. I will be meeting with the Owner on Monday to look them over again. At any rate, I'll be right up front with anyone that's interested in one. Enjoy your Day!

Appears to be Original or now the new added term "legit" is one thing being original is another.... Make sure for your reputations sake. Gives me even more concern, sorry.
Another thing, who is going to guarantee that they are stress crack free, In other words there no cracks....He wants to sell then ?? get him to post. Or your the seller.
I'm sure the guys who get a used bat will want to know his name, address etc etc....I would.
Sounds like your a middle man... don't get caught in the middle. Yes, the used condition should have been mentioned along with a price, which till has not surfaced.
I have sold for others many times but take the flack when something goes astray unless they have the info to use for them selves.
I hope you can tell the difference between a stress crack and a paint crack.
Happy buying guys.

doker,
The ASA stamp is just a reference to bat for year made... for most part...There are othere things as well.
I think MOST of us are aware ASA is not senior softball friendly.
Would like a softball rematch some time somewhere....

doker,
I won't be there (SLC). But am glad to see you went to 60's. Sorry to read the AAA thing... If you have at least 6 or 7 players from the 55 team you should be able to stay at the AA level... Check it and appeal the move it within the guide line. BUT you are a good team you'll wind somewhere along the line. Too bad TX isn't connected to CA.
My best to the team.

I think all of these guys are old enough and wise enough to know if they want to pay for a used bat. It's their choice.

I think they would be smart to get a price and compare that to the cost of a new warranted Anaconda combat. I have been awaiting on the new Rip-it bat to come my way to test for them, but it doesn't seem to be happening.
I know the Combat Original id great, as are many others.
