I bought a Wilson batting helmet w/ a cage that works fine. I also have the Worth helmet, but it does not have a bill on the front to shield the sun. I had no problems seeing or tracking the ball. Pitchers should consider headgear. Are you going to Reno? Bought the helmet after your response,like to say thanks.I'll look into the heartguard. John |

I have transitions(changes with the light conditions)called Cat1,I bought at Perfomance Bike for $44(on sale from $60)that work very well. Vented at the top to prevent fogging. Also comes with an amber lens for low light, but haven't had to use them. |

You might be able to hook up with a team. Fields are all the way in the back of the complex. Games start at 6:30,run to 9. Mostly tournament players,good competition. You also might find a tourney team that needs players. Good place to show your stuff. Good luck. John |
