Sept. 20, 2010 Brett	Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: 2011 ratings If someone is deemed to be an 'impact' player and attempts to play down one division (example - major down to AAA) the entire AAA team can be made to play major because of that one person. It has happened in the past.
