Then guys started to play like it was life and death and it stopped being fun. The last straw came when we played a 45 and over.team in the Senior World Series and found out after they beat us that they had four players including the pitcher that were in their thirty's. Then after a few years my friend asked me to play senior softball and I had the same feeling when I started playing just lucky to be playing again. Now I read about guys altering bats what the hell is that about. Play by the rules and remember how lucky we are to still be out there. The truth is unless you get paid YOUR NOT THAT GOOD it's all just for fun. |
