Live in the Nashville area looking for a team for next year. Had a Major 60 team to play but due to the part that I'm cajun the coach tough I was planning on playing with a 55 team. Now the roster is filled and I'm out of a good major team. My fault and I'll move on. I can play out field and if I have too I can pitch. Just never told anyone. I'll just buy the mask and knee protector. e'mail address joehfalcon@att.net

Mario I had the same problem a while back and tried to edit
my profile using my cell phone and it worked. I probably
still can't change it on my computor. Try your cell or
someone else's cell. It worked for me.

Discussion: We're simply amazed it's come to this...

Paco 13 I'm with you on your message. They use to use utrip
bats and good balls. The only problem they figured by
letting us use the ultra bats they could buy cheaper balls.
It's all about about profit. The last tourney in Birmingham
they used one of the cheapest balls and raised stitches on
the ball so they didn't loose the balls they were using over
and over until the ball didn't come back. The TD told me
they tried giving so many balls to teams but some would ice
them down. So they stopped. Like the pitcher is that stupid
on a 90 degree day he can't tell the difference between a
cold and normal ball for the temp. of the day. When you
read on the box it said keep cool. I told the TD it would help alot if the ump would keep out the ball sun. I
don't think he new anything about balls or cared. I had
a good time and seen alot friends.

If one would go back 10 years the game changed in every area. This didn't happen over night. So for I'm still playing so I guess I'll live with it or I'll be to old to care what happens.

I live in Hendersonville tn. 16 miles from Nashville. If you're M+ you're in trouble. None in the close area. The only teams aren't to near. Birmingham, Atlanta, Kentucky, Chat.tn. or Knoxville. You need to go to Birmingham on the weekend of the 20th of August. must all the 60 teams will be their. I know some of the teams are looking for players.

Discussion: Hit today a 275 by 52 ball

Joe that's a great bat. I have one not broke end well yet but just as good the broke end utrip bats in my bag. I need to find on the web where to buy your ball Bob. I'll buy a few just to see how it hits. As you 2 guys know that just cause it says 375/44 that doesn't mean all balls are equal. If I would hit what the kids hit with down here with the ultra bats the ball would fly well and hit real hard linedrives. Now what we use in our senior tourneyments aren,t the same. The kids balls are $55 and leather. The senior balls are around #30 bucks and syn. So if ya'll are hitting better balls than that in senior tourney's I'm moving in your area. Dudley Advances and the Tatoo balls. I believe if the ump keeps any ball out of the sun we'll have a good time. Thanks

Mad Dog I don't know yet. If I do I'll have to play 55AAA. I didn't go with the Wild Bunch 60Major team to Dalton. I got the seeds put in for postrate cancer late Feb. And july was one of the months I was feeling weak from the seeds. I believe I'm over that now. Hit today and I was feeling pretty good. Close to normal. Makes me happy. I baught the reissued Utrip Senergy for a $100. This is a good bat. You can get it on Directsports.com. I use to live in Lufkin not for from your neck of the woods. We might see each other again next. Pass A Good Time For Me.

I'm starting to feel much better. Angles don't hurt anymore and from the seed emplant I had put in at the end of Feb.. I'm not hitting my norm yet. that will come soon. But I hit everyday and it gets better and better. Suppose to play with a pretty good Major 60 team next year. New team. Sorry I missed you at the Dalton tourney. With the seeds and work couldn't make it. Man did it kill me not going. Love that tourney. I see your having fun on this site. keep on with the good balls and good bats.

Discussion: SPA National Over 60 Major Dalton, Georgia - Injury to Wild Bunch Pitcher

Tarrel went to the hospital and got a MRI. Doc said he'll be alright. Nothing broken or fractured. Glad for that he's a great team mate. When your number one pitcher gets hurt it kinda goes down hill after that for it's on your mind the rest of the day. He's a great defensive and offensive player. Just a bad bounce. If you know him and if he can catch it he will.

directsports.com has easton synergy utrip bats for $100 with free shipping. I just got mine in this week. Went hit bp with my buddy yesterday and hit 4 out on a 300foot park. This bat was so hot in 2003 they banned it for utrip in 2004. They changed it now you can hit in NSA and UTRIP. Can't go wrong with this bat for $100. Hit great line drives from the start.
