Feb. 28, 2011 softballnuts	Topic: Bats Discussion: Bat Doctor Needed After reading this thread. I have noticed that some think that the Senior Bat is some how, many times better than any other bat on the market. Is it distance or what? So I have a question for you. If hitter X hits 44/375 softballs 200 feet using any non-senior, warrantied bat on the market. So how far will the same hitter X hit the same 44/375 softballs using any senior bat? Give a straight answer. This should be interesting.

Today I got delivery of my before Christmas 2010 Reebok Melee Legend bat order. The bat was promised to be delivered before the end of January 2011. The delivery is about 3 weeks late. So I believe it would be fair and reasonable to give Reebok Customer Service a "D" grade. Since I only got the bat today, I can't give any grade about the bat's durability question at this time. Stay tuned....

However, last year I made the BIG MISTAKE of ordering the Reebok and still haven't got delivery. I didn't realize I was buying into useless words and promises. I wish I could cancel the order, get my money back and be done with it!

One being the no delivery of your order and the second is the broken bat. I can only hope that readers of this thread take notice.... BEFORE THEY GET SUCKED INTO THIS MESS!

A QUESTION FOR REEBOK REPS/ORDER TAKERS If it takes months to get delivery of the Reebok Melee Legend bat that are prepaid orders..... HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BROKEN BATS TO BE REPLACED? Today I discussed the Melee Legend bat breaking problem with a Reebok Order Taker. He indicated to me that of the Reebok Melee Legend bats he dealt with, about 7% have came back broken. I don't know about you guys, but I think that 1%-2% is bat breakage is acceptable. Seven percent breakage is just too much for a so called durable bat.

It is a link to Anaconda Sports which now sells the Reebok Melee Legend for $199.00. On the first page you will see the Yellow Bat as being "End Loaded" and the Red Bat as "Balanced". But when you go to order, you will see they are reversed. I hope Anaconda doesn't get your order confused.
