Entry Fee: $535

Deadline: Entry fee payment must be received by: July 26, 2017

Note: There is a 4% surcharge if paying by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover only).

Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.

Tournament Format

Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level. SSWC will make every effort to notify managers when divisions have to be combined.

This is a "Ring Option" Tournament.

Five games minimum scheduled, with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets or other tourney formats.

Manager Meeting

Manager meetings will be held at:

Liberty Park Sports Complex
4700 Sicard Hollow Rd.
Birmingham, AL

Wednesday, August 9th (Men's 65 division) - Check in with tournament director at the field one-hour prior to your first game.

Friday, August 11th (Men's 50 & 55 divisions)
Check-in begins at 6:00 pm, meeting will begin at 7:00 pm.


NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend the meeting will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the first pitch of the first game for each team. New players MUST be added as of the Managers Meeting. NO on-site NEW player additions are allowed.  No Exceptions. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, MUST check-in with Field Director before they are allowed to play.
