Tournament Format

Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

Please fill out the entry form below:

Note: DO NOT call SSUSA to enter. Contact Mike Caldwell who will send a team list to the SSUSA office. SSUSA will not enter you into the tournament directly.

Teams will be entered once the entry fee is received.

First 76 teams that we receive the entry fee and proper paperwork from will secure their spot in the tournament.
Deadline to enter is when the tournament is FULL or June 9^th, whichever comes first.
