Important reminder: The US Postal Service is experiencing delays in their deliveries, so please let us know if you intend to play in this tournament. Team lists for tournament are published on the tournament pages at the entry deadline. If your team is not listed, please call immediately. Teams are not officially entered until payment is received.
Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.

Five games minimum initially scheduled (not "guaranteed"), with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets or other acceptable tourney formats.
Hitting Clinic
Wednesday, January 21, 10am - Noon at DiamondPlex Softball Complex.
This clinic will give players a chance to warm up and to sharpen their skills before the tournament with some of the best hitters in the sport. Only open to players on TOC participating teams.
TOC All-Star Game
Wednesday, January 21, 6pm at DiamondPlex Softball Complex.
Each TOC-competing team will select one player to compete in the game. Two TOC managers will be selected for the All-Star teams.
Managers, do not forget to list your player on the main registration form.
Skills Contests
Thursday, January 22, 9am-11am at DiamondPlex Softball Complex.
Contests in five divisions (40-54, 55-64, 65-74, 75-85, and Women) including: Precision Hitting, Home Run, Speed, and Pitching. Awards range from bats, shoes, or gloves.
Optional Team Practice
Thursday, January 22, between Noon and 3pm.
Team Managers choose a complex in order of preference. SSUSA will schedule the practices and notify managers of their practice time and location. Time and complex preference to be submitted with team registration form.
Welcome Reception (Open to Participating teams, players and families)
Thursday, January 22, 6:30pm at Nora Mayo Hall (500 3rd Street NW, Winter Haven).
There will be a free reception for participating TOC players, their friends and family during which each team will be recognized.
