Important reminder: The US Postal Service is experiencing delays in their deliveries, so please let us know if you intend to play in this tournament. Team lists for tournament are published on the tournament pages at the entry deadline. If your team is not listed, please call immediately. Teams are not officially entered until payment is received.

Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.

Tournament Format

Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

This is a "Ring Option" Tournament.

Five games minimum initially scheduled (not "guaranteed"), with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets or other acceptable tourney formats.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Many tournaments are filling up, so it is very important that teams send us a list of all tournaments they plan to attend.  We check with teams on the list that have not yet paid when the tournament fills.  Teams can drop at that time with no penalty.

Park Rules:

- Fields are available for games or instructional camps only; any unscheduled fields are not available for warm-up or practice. Multipurpose fields cannot be used at any time.

- Parking is permitted only in designated areas. Private vehicles are not allowed in the quad areas or near the fields.

- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on City property, including fields, parking lots, open spaces and road ways.

- The use of tobacco products and e-cigarettes are not permitted on or near the fields. It is allowed in designated areas. (Outside of the diamond field perimeter fences.)

- Pets are permitted, must be leashed, leash in hand of a responsible person and under control at all time. Tethering is not permitted. Please be sure to scoop the poop. (City code 5-531)

- Personal Coolers are permitted. Sports Management does not supply or maintain water coolers for participants or spectators.

- Tank top or propane heaters are not permitted anywhere near the fields and will be required to be removed.

- Fires are allowed in grills only. Backyard propane and charcoal grills must be placed 20 feet away from all structures. These are permitted in the parking lots only
