Tournament Format

Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

Manager’s Name / Number / Email address

Note: DO NOT call SSUSA to enter. Contact Mike Caldwell who will send a team list to the SSUSA office. SSUSA will not enter you into the tournament directly.

Softballs: Each team will receive 6 balls at check in.  

ROSTERS: Must be up to date on the SSUSA website by July 1. 

ALL Rosters must go through SSUSA!!!  We go strictly by the SSUSA roster for our ISA World... It is also a SSUSA TOC Qualifier!  Yes, all players must have their SSUSA players card up to date and be in good standing with SSUSA. (if a player is suspended in SSUSA - they cannot play in this tournament)

HOW TO ENTER:
No team will be added to the team list until they have paid their entry fee!  We do not accept credit cards! 

CASH APP, VENMO or PAYPAL are accepted.

When sending the entry fee, no matter which method you choose to send it, we need the following information.

(it helps us greatly to know who the money was sent for!!!)

Once we reach the FULL capacity and we start doing rough drafts of the brackets – no refunds!  We will post this once we reach that!
