Entry Fee: $625

Deadline: Entry fee payment must be received by: July 29, 2026

Note: Senior Softball-USA charges a 4% convenience fee for all payments other than cash or check.

Important reminder: The US Postal Service is experiencing delays in their deliveries, so please let us know if you intend to play in this tournament. Team lists for tournament are published on the tournament pages at the entry deadline. If your team is not listed, please call immediately. Teams are not officially entered until payment is received.

Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.

Tournament Format

Note: The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

Four (4) games minimum initially scheduled (not "guaranteed"), with Round Robin and/or Double Elimination brackets or other acceptable tourney formats.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Many tournaments are filling up, so it is very important that teams send us a list of all tournaments they plan to attend.  We check with teams on the list that have not yet paid when the tournament fills.  Teams can drop at that time with no penalty.

Park Rules to Remember:

Snack Bar will be open 8a-2p all 6 days of the tournament!

Seeds MUST be spit into a cup which our staff will gladly provide for you. This helps us keep pests away and keeps the park clean.

Tailgating is prohibited in the parking lot and along any sidewalk at Steed Park as well as the Skate Park. Last year we had issues with teams tailgating and blocking essential ADA access.

Batting practice on multipurpose fields is prohibited. Rangers have been asked to monitor and remove any teams found using them. With most fields closed for maintenance and others permitted to youth groups, availability is extremely limited. This continues to be an issue during this tournament—teams must use one of the five batting cages at Steed Park.
