Please Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of 3 or fewer teams within one age level and/or one skill level. SSWC will make every effort to notify managers when divisions have to be combined.

FIRST SESSION:
Managers Meeting:
The day before play begins (Monday) at 7 pm at Streets of Chicago Sports Bar and Grill, located at 550 S. McLean Blvd in Elgin. Team registration (managers only) is from 5pm-7 pm before each Managers Meeting.

Reception:
There will also be a reception for all players and their families at Streets of Chicago from 5-8pm on Monday evening. Food and drink specials will be available to all senior softball players.

SECOND SESSION:
Managers Meeting:
The day before play begins (Thursday) at 7 pm at The Centre, located at 100 Symphony Way in Elgin. Team registration (managers only) is from 5pm-7 pm before each Managers Meeting.

Reception:
There will also be a complimentary reception for all players and their families at Prairie Rock Brewing Company, located on Walton Island in downtown Elgin, from 5:30-8pm on Thursday evening.
