Team lists for tournament are published on the tournament pages at the entry deadline. If your team is not listed, please call immediately. Teams are not officially entered until payment is received.
Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.
Tournament Format
Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.
This is a "Ring Option" Tournament.Five games minimum scheduled, with Round Robin into Double Elimination, Three-Game-Guarantee brackets or other Tournament formats.

Manager Meeting
Session 1 Manager Meeting: 1 hour before play at Liberty Park.Session 2 Manager Meeting: 7:30PM on Friday, August 20 at Tom Williams Porsche after the 5:30PM reception. The reception will consist of a silent auction, refreshments and entertainment. All managers and players are welcome to attend the reception.

[Note 1] - Five teams ended with 3-3 records in 50-AAA. Pensacola Merchants awarded 2nd place by virtue of best head-to-head record (3-1) in games involving only those five teams. James R. Smith Trucking awarded 6th place by virtue of 1-3 head-to-head record in those games. The three remaining teams seeking 3rd place were each 2-2 in those games.
[Note 2] - In head-to-head games involving only the three remaining 2-2 teams, 3rd place awarded to Montgomery Swarm (2-0), 4th place to DT Express (1-1) and 5th place to Team Augusta (0-2).
