Cape Coral, Florida Adult 50+ Senior Softball League

All seniors over the age of 50+ are invited to join our Senior Softball League. The League is over 40 years old and plays on Tuesday and Thursday evenings with batting practices every Saturday morning. The league is open to all women and men regardless of skill levels.  All are encouraged to join and our goal is to provide great exercise opportunities along with social interaction for seniors young at heart.

All games are played on Tuesdays and Thursdays start at 6:30 PM with the second game at 8:00 PM. We play at the Cape Coral Sports Complex and welcome you to stop by anytime to see our league; please ask for someone from our League Board.  Address: 1510 Sports Blvd, Cape Coral, FL 33991

You can also participate during one of our Saturday morning batting practices. Practice starts at 8:30 AM and are held at the STRAUSSER BMX SPORTS COMPLEX - 1410 SW 6th Pl, Cape Coral, FL 33991
