Tanner Tees are about $70 a piece but they are worth every penny.

I hit off the tee all the time and very seldom ever hit live because of my schedule. Even before games I hit off the tee and might hit 4 or 5 balls before a game live but I think for form the tee works for me. I play 55 Major Plus and 50 Major. The Tanner Tee is the best one on the market in my opinion. I give hitting lessons and hit with it twice a week year round and I bought 2 Tanner Tees and still have them today and they have never tore up and I have had them 8 years.

The CAT43,

I agree with you but I think it should be an option. I would like to see the 10' behind the mound moved back to 20' to help protect the pitchers.

Lol... I enjoyed listening to you talk...I thought you were a great person that had a lot of fun and it was a pleasure talking to you and the rest of your guys after the game was over. I will be with a different team this year but will be looking for you guys for great conversation. I will be at the 55 Major plus tournament this year. It will be fun sitting around talking to you guys. See you in Vegas for sure. What other big tournaments do you guys go to?

As a pitcher I wouldn't like it if they added the screens because it is in the way if you move around at all pitching. I think if they were going to change anything for pitchers safety they should allow a pitcher to pitch from as far back as possible as long as you are within the pitching rubber with one foot within the line going back toward second base. There are a lot of position players that get hit more than the pitcher. Do you put screens in front of them?(NO)

I had the pleasure of playing against the team called MTC 50 (CA)in the 50 Major this year. We (Big Ten IL) had a great game with them and they came from behind and beat us in the last inning to advance and send us packing. It was after the game that made the difference. I was in the dugout getting ready to leave and a lot of their players came back over to our dugout with me being in there by myself to congratulate me on a good tournament which they didn't have to do but it showed me what a CLASS ACT they were. I pitched for the Big Ten (IL) and had a blast playing in this tournament. It was my first one and won't be my last one. The fields were great and the players and people I met were icing on the cake so to speak. The respect the MTC Team showed reminded me why I even play the game. It is nice to go to tournaments and play against the best around the country but it is also great to see guys and meet good people all over the country. I will look forward to seeing those guys there next year.(Even the catcher that never shuts up...lol)
