| Sept. 9, 2024 DonnyBallGame | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Ball being used for Vegas? How much longer do we have to put up with this "terrible" ball? I'm curious.....as I know umpires keep track and SSUSA monitors number of HR's hit.....is there public access to see those numbers per year? With so many good/decent balls now being made, it's time for Baden to catch up to their competitors or SSUSA to use a different ball. Hopefully there was NOT a lengthy contract. Funny how everyone wants to buy the latest and greatest bats.....and all is taken away from a horrible performing ball.....at least for the 60 and up divisions which never even get close to hitting their maximum HR's......maybe the 40's (which should never be allowed to swing senior bats) and 50's can still generate bat speed and power to hit HR's......so let those divisions use up the rest of the Badens and 60, 65, 70, 75 & 80's be allowed to use a much better ball. I know, like this is going to happen......LOL. |
