RIK56 can you touch your toes with out bending over, if not then you can let some of those grounders go or deflect them with your shin pads. If you would pitch some batting practice then we could give you some fielding practice. LOL, Lazer

here's my 2 cents, 75% hitting and 25% gloves. But that 25% can turn the tide in a game. For the guys that think it's all hitting, i bet they never leave their gloves on the bench when they take the field. How many time has a ball gone thru the legs of someone or under a out fielders glove and that costs a game , much less a tourney win. Defence does make a difference. Can't wait for spring, i'm tired of the rain here in the mid-west. Good Luck to all this year. Lazer Coors Light 11

SSUSA you just shot yourself in the foot if you implement these rules. Now turn the gun upwords and put one in your head, because it's hollow. Don't ruin the game. I was looking forward to going to PHX this year. But, not anymore.

Paul, Larry and the rest of the team. You have a great bunch of guys on your team. We enjoy our games against ya'll winning or losing(a little more on the winning side). Can't wait for next year to stretch the old bones out and have a few Coors Light barleypops in the parking lots after a good ball game. Hope everybody heals up over the winter and we'll see you guys on the diamond next year. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Larry " Lazer " Vogel # 11 First Base

I'm sure nobody wants to drive this far to play in slop and run the chance of getting hurt. Plus, laying out the travel money. I know a lot of people that are leaving by noon CST. Make a call one way or another. Lazer Larry Coors Light ,but i like it hot and dry.See you all in about 6 hours.

Discussion: MACHINE THAT TEST BATS...

Just think how many $ 200-300 bats that the manufactures are selling and if they want to continue to sell them than $ 3,500.00 per machine is nothing. Each bat manufacturer provides 1 per tournament and if you have more than one tourny going on at one time than 2 or three need to be made. I'v been in sale and know markups as much as 2-300% no bull. They can afford this with no problem. If they want to be approved on the bat list, they provide a machine. Look how many bats some guys have and how long they last. Just my 2cents worth. Discussion: Remedy for Altered Bats

If there is a machine that can make a determination that a bat is legal, without damaging them, then require the bat manufactures to pool together and purchase this unit and ship it to all the tournys. If they reject this than outlaw their bats. Whichever company or companies steps up to the plate( no pun intended) will be the company to capitalize on bat sales. The almighty dollar will provide the answer. Larry Vogel akaLazer Metro Coors Lite 50 Major
