Discussion: Jobbed? Rule Bending? Honor? Sportsmanship? or Cheating?

I wouldn't think that LVSSA's rules are much different than SSUSA's.

I can tell you after managing at 2 world tournies and many local tournies that I would have never agreed to anything on the side that went against the rule book nor would I have let that situation go down the way it did.

When in doubt, read the rule book.

The sentiment is that these players are paid to play...and yes....on most days they are that good...I've played with and against many of them. However, I would not consider missing a tournament because I thought I had no chance of winning.

I agree that the rules are in place for a reason. This conversation needs to take place with the people who can do something about it.

BTW-I was under the impression that the 40 division consists of Uppers and Lowers...anyone know?
