Swing Mechanics
How many seniors use a high leg kick at the start of their swing and why?

After viewing the Todd's video, I tried to change my front leg slide to the high kick. I hit about 100 balls off a tee and ended up pulling something. I believe that I will stay with my slide. The hight kick might give some extra distance but I think it might also take away from my bat control.

I have also seen Todd's video. I am currently in the process of trying to learn the high leg. When I do it right, the velocity off the bat is markedly better. However, it is a difficult thing to learn to time.
