I know there are various differences in the rules between senior associations. But what general rules do we play under. ASA? USSSA? NSA? For ASA this year there are new rules for stealing a base and obstruction by an infielder in the base path waiting for a throw. Will we be playing under these new rules?

It depends on which association you play. SPA uses NSA rules.

Thanks Bruce. SPA was the only one I knew about. I was asking more about SSWC. Do you know?

No, we only play in two or three SSWC tournament each year. I wish they had more tournaments in the south!
