| Aug. 11, 2015 missouridave Men's 60 166 posts | Sad News from Iowa I have some sad news from Iowa. Dave Sapp, known to many of you as Boog, passed away last night. Arrangements have not yet been completed. Once they are I will post them. Dave played senior softball for a number of senior teams including this year with our team Tubby's Pub and Grub. Dave was one of the nicest guys I ever had the pleasure to meet. Please pass along to his former teammates and friends. Dave Beckering |

| Aug. 12, 2015 missouridave Men's 60 166 posts | Dave, Boog pitched and played first base. Boog played for Bagby's, Roberts, JJ Sports and First Integrity out of Omaha before he joined Tubbys this year. He first got sick back in May. They never did diagnose what was causing his medical issues even though they had a team of neurologists and infectious disease specialists run every known test. Boog, besides being a very good hitter, was one of the best teammates we ever had the pleasure to play with. |
