WE WERE THERE TOO AND TOTALLY!! AGREE! THIS WAS A VERY POORLY RAN TOURNAMENT! JUST WHEN YOU THINK YOU HAVE SEEN THE WORST! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. TOO BAD, WE LOVE SANTA BARBARA. THE BLUE WAS GOOD AT CABRILLO PARK, TOO MANY BUMS (30 WAS ABOUT RIGHT) DRINKING AND YELLING PROFANITY THROUGH ALL OF THE GAMES! BUT THE WORST PART WAS THE ORGANIZATION OF EVERYTHING. IT'S ALWAYS BAD THERE BUT THIS TIME WAS THE ULTIMATE BAD! THE ORGANIZER WAS VERY MANIPULATIVE (HIS TEAM WAS FRONTED 5 RUNS BY THE MAJORS, BUT HE DIDN'T LET THE OTHER AAA TEAM KNOW THEY COULD GET 5 RUNS, PRETTY SLY HUH? THEY BOTH LOST ANYWAY AND THE ROADDOGS TOOK IT ALL, BUT IT IS STILL THE PRINCIPAL) SPARE YOURSELVES THE GRIEF AND AVOID PLAYING THE COASTERS' SANTA BARBARA TOURNAMENTS IN THE FUTURE!

Sorry to disagree with you guys, but I would not hesitate to go back to Santa Barbara. Like sex, there are only two kinds of softball: good and great. The weather was beautiful, the games were close, and it beat the hell out of yardwork.

I AM CURIOUS TO KNOW HOW THE COASTERS ARE A AAA TEAM?? YEAH, SURE THEIR DEFENSE IS JUNIOR LEAGUE BUT MOST OF THEM HIT LIKE THE MAJORS. MOST MAJOR TEAMS HAVE GOOD HITTERS AND AVERAGE DEFENSE. SO WHY AREN'T THEY A MAJOR TEAM? CAN SOMEONE TELL ME? WHO WOULD CONTACT TO BRING THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF SS-USA?
