Miken's new Super Freak
Hey guys and gals,

I got a chance to hit Miken's new Super Freak
and pass it around to a couple of my friends
and the verdict is in.
The bat is fabulous.
It's the original Freak with an ounce load in the head,
an end-loaded Freak if you will,
so it's stiff but good at the beginning
and gets better with every swing
and at the end will hit like an Ultra 2.
An end loaded Ultra 2?
Somebody stop me!
I'll take 2.

And the best news is that it gets noticeably hotter with every swing
up into the hundreds of swings.
My original Freak got over 1000 swing with every kind of batting practice balls
before it got real hot.

I have no financial relationship with Mike Kelly or Miken.
I like passing along true information about any product out there
that I know/believe is good, especially a bat that feels and hits as
good as the Super Freak.
You can only get them from KellysUltimate sports
at www.kellysultimatesports.com
click on Miken Super Freak
and check out Mike's son Anthony's video
of hitting with the Super Freak and the comments
the guys that were there made.

Why don't you just petition for the legalization of bazookas?

Gary you act like somebody is stealing food out of your kids mouths. Don't use the damn thing it's your perogative. Joe Rinaldi I was hitting this bat with Rick Perez when I had my little heart episode. I was at the plate swinging this bat and hitting ropes with this thing while I was having an Angina attack. Dirty that should make you mental, not only was I doing things in my fifties that I couldn't do in my 20's and 30's but I was having damn near a heart attack while I was doing it. Top that one big boy.

I am glad you are okay, but mix in a little pride. It never hurts anyone. YOU aren't doing it, someone else's technology is. Do you at least understand that?

And who has approved the use of this bat?

USSSA, NSA, ISA Approved along with Senior Softball.

Got this right off the webite. Dirty pride is taking care of my family, giving my employer a fairs day work for a wage, serving your country, being a good member in the community I consider my involvement in Senior softball part of that community. Hitting a softball has nothing to do with pride, it;s exercise pure and simple.

Ok, I see it's a Utrip bat. I just have a hard time paying that much money for it when you can get a Freak + at such a deal.
Maybe I should hit one just to see the difference between the two.

What the latest on the Senior bat that MK was developing?

Mike let the Demarini deal go
for the SuperFreak.
He told me there's a 1 ounce load
in the SF which is more, I believe, than in the Freak +.
But the bat hit's better than the Freak plus, right away
you can tell and just keeps getting hotter all the way to an Ultra 2.
