Beat the Heat---Ammonia Water
As a public service to all.
Ingredients for Ammonia Water:
2oz. bottle of "Spirits of Ammonia" (Aromatic Ammonia Spirit U.S.P.).
1 gal. of water in a small cooler.
Fill cooler 1/2 full of ice, pour bottle of "Spirit of Ammonia" into cooler , fill the rest of cooler with water and mix. Place a few washcloth in the solution. When player come off the field have them wipe down. This is instant relief and feels like coming out of a pool. BTW...Please do not inhale to a great degree and of course don't drink it. LOL.

Another upside to Ammonia Water:
Wetting yourself down with ammonia water will give you the "pissy" smell of a drunken street person. The opposing team will be sickened by the smell and not play their A game.

Len, I mixed up a batch while we were in Cullman. It worked great till RT decided to take a bath in it after sliding into third. I should have attached a sigh, "NO BATHING"!
