26 U.S. National Championship Games Tentatively Scheduled for 2019 LVSSA/SSUSA World Masters Championships

Aug. 1, 2019

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - 216 teams began their quest towards the elusive Triple Grand Slam, playing in the Eastern National Championships and Western National Championships, respectively, earlier this month.

Winning teams from their respective divisions (step one of the Triple Grand Slam), as well as singleton teams, will face off in an East vs. West match-up, the U.S. National Championship Game (step two of the Triple Grand Slam), that is played during seeding at the LVSSA/SSUSA World Masters Championships.

Winners of the U.S. National Championship game that also go on to win their division at the World Masters, etch their names in Senior Softball lore, as a Triple Grand Slam champion.

Division winners from the Eastern/Western National Championships, who do not have an opponent in the U.S. National Game, still have a shot at winning the Triple Grand Slam by winning their division at the World Masters.
