BOGIE'S NEW DVD FOCUSES ON FIXING HITTING FLAWS

Northstar Productions and www.sportstechnique.com have just released their eighth instructional hitting DVD, Analyzing and Correcting Swing Flaws. This DVD sells for $10.Senior Softball hitting star Ken “Bogie” Van Bogaert provides key step-by-step training to improve hitting. Bogie won the Softball Magazine Home Run Hitting Contest in 2009 against the best hitters of all ages in softball, and has been involved in training hitters for several years.
The first half of the DVD breaks down rotational swing mechanics so a hitter can use the same powerful swing for consistent placement of base hits as well as homerun hitting. Included is 45 minutes of progressive drills that teach the muscle memory of the swing. The most common swing flaws are featured, providing both mental and physical drills and adjustments that eliminate the flaws.
The second part of the DVD is an inspirational presentation of Senior Softball and how it is enhancing the lifestyle of softball players in North America.
