FRANK GALUPPO ACCEPTS POSITION AS SSUSA CLUBS & LEAGUES FLORIDA REGIONAL DIRECTOR

NAPLES, FL – After successfully serving as the SSUSA Clubs & Leagues Southwest Florida Area Director for over the past two years, Frank Galuppo has agreed to fill the vacated position of SSUSA Clubs & Leagues Florida Regional Director.

“I am thrilled to make this announcement” said Steve Simmons, SSUSA Clubs & Leagues National Director. “I have known Frank now for four and one-half years. He is truly a gentleman and a tremendous supporter and promoter of the game of senior softball. I think he is a perfect fit for this position. He is enthusiastic and is well respected and connected with the senior softball programs in Florida through the Florida Half Century program. He will do well with the main function a regional director performs, assigning area directors within his region.”

Galuppo’s region is the state of Florida. He will continue to serve as the Southwest Florida (Naples / Fort Myers) Area director. Areas to which he will be looking to assign directors would include the Palm Beach area (ie: Wayne Lotoza, Cushing Senior Softball League treasurer, Boca Raton, FL is a candidate being considered for this position), the Tampa / St Petersburg area, the Orlando area, the Villages area and the Pensacola area (the Florida panhandle), among others.
