Copying Color Photos

Jan. 1, 2001 – Letters from readers

Apparently the color copying of drivers' licenses (to send in as part of National Senior Softball ID registration) is not permitted in Arizona. After being refused at a local copy shop, I made a futile trip to the DMV Office, where my request for a duplicate color photo was superciliously, arrogantly and adamantly denied.

Dick Todd

Glendale, Arizona

Editor's Note: Arizona is one of many states that does not allow the color copying of a drivers license. The best way to get a copy of the photo is to cover up the rest of the material on the license and then have a color copy made.
