Who every---I have been ask by Ridge,SPA
to talk about a new way of rating teams.
I talked to both Terry and Ridge about
a system where we all will know what our
rating is and how we got that rating. After each tournament we could know if
our rating had gone up or down and why.
We could have a web site with the rating
of ALL teams so when you go to a tournament you would know if Joe's team was good or realy good, or they might just be ok.

You guys sound young..I remember all
15---we had a real Icebox and the ice
truck would come down the street 3 times a week- you could get a block of
ice that was 12x12x12 for 1 cents.
There is a building here in Louisville
that looks like the the old flashcub.
My wife and I give direction by telling people to go to the flashcub
building a turn right-my son ask me one
day what I was talking about.. How about eating the cream off the top of the milk that stayed out in the cold to long.. any one remember "don't wast soap" no the raido

US Coat Guard--True story--I had the deck watch from mid-night to four the night of the Cuban missile crisis. The
Cost Guard is small and all of our ships have real, full, captians on them. We were dock at Mobile, Al. Our ship was 255 feet long and painted white with a red stripe on it. We had
one 3" gun which we had not used in the
two year that I had been on board.
We got a top secret, coded, message that we should stock up for 3 months at sea and put to sea with in six hours. As it turned out there were no Navy ships in the Gulf or the area and our captain was senior man in the area. Coat Guard, at that time, went to sea for 30 day, 60 day max. If we had done what we were told we would have sunk at the dock. By the way we had a total of 82 men on board, we had 12 M1's but no amo.. Do you feel protected

Discussion: What's Wrong With--

I read on another site to night where a
runner, form third to home, was killed by a thrown ball from second base. Hit him behine the ear. It just seems to me if there is protective equipment out there we should use it. A hard hat is not hard to wear, nor is a face guard,
etc.
