Discussion: 52 300 ball

This last weekend we used the 52 300 ball in the missouri senior games it was hit your own balls we used the evil ball, seen some dudleys, some rocks and the tattoo ball. When you hit the ball there is not much sound no crack, but the ball will fly if you hit it.teams were putting up runs with this ball about the same as last year when it was hit your own 44 375.so the performance of the ball was very good.
The downside was the ball is to bouncy seemed like the second or third bounce it would fly up at you.all of our infielders thought the ball was more dangerous then the trump 44 375 that we normally use in tournaments.

Deaden the bats wont work,if you really want to maximize pitcher protection put the screen up and have the pitcher pitch with no glove and stay behind the screen.for the record i"m against the use of a screen.

gary someone gives me the choice of two cars at pretty much the same price, one is a yugo the other is a bmw which should i choose.same thing here players would play if that was the only option, but its not so most players go with the better equipment and location is also a factor, las vegas and phoenix are pretty good locations.

Discussion: Talking Trash

the nice thing about senior softball is you dont see trash talking, teams give 100 percent on the field then win or lose shake hands and head to the parking lot for a cold beverage.and everyone cut gary some slack he is stuck in a time warp,he thinks its 1974.

nike air alvords is a trail running shoe a couple of our players have them, the st.louis open is the 18th and 19th of aug.its at bridgeton which is a very good complex,as you know not many 50 major plus teams in the midwest, last year we had 5 major teams in it,i know we will be in it plus coors light and i would say kc barons will probally be in it also hopefully a few more will play and make it a good tournament.
