Discussion: The new ball

I agree with you too Jim. We were playing at Cheyenne at dusk and under the lights on Friday night and the ball was filthy and hard to see. I asked the umpire and he said the other team wasn’t interested in putting in a new ball. That’s their choice and it’s kinda tough to clean them for the other team. I was told last year that Baden was working on a new material for the cover. Maybe that’s true. Other than that issue, it’s a good ball.

Discussion: AZ Old School 60M Looking For A Couple Players

Our AZ Old School 55M team from last year had the majority of us age up to 60M this year to form a new team. We are looking to add a pitcher and outfielder to strengthen an already talented group. We are sponsored and play 1-2 times a month typically. If you live in Arizona or a bordering state and are interested or have questions, please call or text me (Bill Davenport) at 602-697-4550. Thanks.

Hey Dave. I didn't hit very well in a couple tournaments this year. Could I get a prorated discount on my fees for those tournaments?

AZRealtor, I remember that bat. The one that had never been hit on the barrel, right?

Discussion: Available to Play 50s Worlds (AAA or Major)

I am a 55 Major player from AZ looking to play worlds with a 50s (AAA or Major) team from AZ, CA, NM, UT, NV, or CO. I already have a room since I was planning to play with a 50AAA team but ended up not qualifying and they already had at least 12. I currently play 2B for AZ Old School 55M but can play IF or OF. Call or text me at 602-225-3477 if you need a utility guy. Thanks.

Actually only a .714 batting average! Team 2 plays both games on field #2 on Friday but no public chirping here. It's still better than working on Friday.

Agreed. That was much appreciated. When we did not hear from anyone Friday night about our seeding and game times for Saturday, it was nice to just look on the site and see the bracket. Thanks guys!
