| Nov. 1, 2019 44 Double D | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Shoulder Arthritis Calihats I also have been diagnosed with shoulder arthritis but it is in my right throwing shoulder. I went through the rehab, cortisone shots, but was unable to get my shoulder able to throw over hand. I pitched allot this season and played some outfield but all my throws were under hand or soft throws. After MRI and X-rays they have told me I have arthritis but they see no issues with my rotator, labrum and bicep tendons. My orthopedic surgeon said he could give me cortisone injection every 3 months that still didn't help with the pain of throwing or surgery to clean out the shoulder so I could have better rang of motion. So in 2 weeks I have my shoulder surgery. One other thing I found in my situation the pain started in March of this year and now it has progressed all season to get worse. Ready for it to be better. | Aug. 15, 2016 44 Double D | Topic: Bats Discussion: Baden Fire Balls Played in the SPA/Nit in Ohio also, the balls were great we hit a new ball all day long. The back up balls were flying out as well. Couple umpires were lost but that's the norm. Good tourney other than that. |
