| Sept. 6, 2020 Lokahi | Topic: Teams looking for players Discussion: Arizona AAA 2021 With Worlds moved to November and Winter Worlds (start of 2021 season) a few weeks after, just trying to get a head start on this. Could be looking to fill a couple of spots. We are a AAA team that plays up to 2x a month and will travel out of state. We pay our own way with everything that we do so you must be able to manage that. ZERO DRAMA!! Looking for guys that can run for themselves and are in shape. No need for catcher/hitter/1b players. | June 9, 2020 Lokahi | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: So Cal brackets I think Dave pretty much hit the nail on the head. If you have reservations about playing next weekend, take the weekend off. With them moving all games to a Friday through Sunday tilt, and no games midweek, it would be tough to make it a 2 day. Even if they did that, what would that do for those of us that have rooms reserved from Thursday-Sunday? It’s too late to cancel a day or 2 at this point on the rooms. |

Looking for an outfielder and or an infielder. Must be able to run for yourself with no issues. Must be able to commit to our schedule with no issues. We play at least 2x a month. We take BP on our off weekends at 630a. No sponsor so we each pay our own way with everything. We do travel to California and Vegas. No need for anyone looking to play catcher. Dave I think the biggest issue for a lot of people is the fact that most people in our age group still work. Some people need to salvage as much time (hours) at work as possible especially the guys that live locally. Some other people need to make travel plans that may include other people outside of themselves. Knowing that you’re playing early or late plays a big part and knowing this information ASAP just helps make everything smoother. Shoot, some people like to just know who the heck they are playing as soon as they can’t find that out. |
