Discussion: ONE BASE AFTER HR

In FHC the rule is that when a homerun is hit all runners on base advance 1 base and then leave the field. In this situation a HR was hit and there were runners on 1st and 3rd.The runner on 3rd touched the wrong home plate and was called out. This was only the 1st out. What if there were 2 outs and it was done-How many runs would of scored or no runs were allowed? Some people were arguing about the right call.Is it 2 runs or 0 runs?

Save your money, there are so many better bats than the legacy on the market. If you play senior ball miken II,or any combats will do just great.

If you go to southwest Complex off Wabash in Lakeland any night they have leagues playing to fit your age group.
Also call the ISA Office in Lakeland and they will help you find a league or direct you to the right person.

The 78v model was made for sports authority and the 73v was made by TPS
with a better shell. They have not made them since 2004. A former ballplayer who died several months ago found out once the 73v gets broken in it hits close to a ultra. I know that some people bought the 78v and hate it.
Once you hit the 73v you will be amazed.

Was it the 73V Model? The 78v Model
is no good. If they go on sale for $99.00 buy one you will not be disappointed. Like I said on e-bay they are getting 250+ up to 300+ for them. Once broken in they are as good as any ASA Bat on the market.

If you can get a TPS Voltage 73V cheap enough for ASA you will not want another bat ever.Once broken in they are dynamite ASA . E-bay they are selling over $300 . Sports Authority
only place to find them.

Heard over the weekend that SSUSA was going to outlaw all bats 1.20 ? Tell me it isn't true! The person said that a new test was going to be used to determine which bats can be used.If the staff or anyone can enlightened me I would appreciate it.

Discussion: BEEN IN A COMA AND WOKEUP

What would happen if 30 years went buy and I woke up to look for my Meathead 38oz.bat and find a 27oz Miken or Combat in my bag.Has the Balls gone Bad
or has the new techology of bats made it easy for HR's to be hit out ? I was
not a HR hitter then and not now but my distance is the same? I guess I miss the old 38oz bats to swing. What has Happened?

The only stores that sell the TPS Voltage are Sports Authority and if you can find the Bat for 99.00 73V it
is well worth it. Sloball I use the bat in FHC Tournaments here in Fl.also
and BRUCEINGA like you I can not afford to pay 300+ for any bats anymore either.Bear from St. Pete said you are one hell of a hitter. He
plays with me on Monday Nights.Good luck in your tournaments this year.

The best ASA Bat outI think is the TPS Voltage 73V not 78V.Ask the boys at the hitting club St.Petersburg.The young kids are killing the ball. They are hard to find but on e-bay they are going for 300+. I have one we use on Mondays night senior League in Clerawater where it is ASA. Once broken in it is the best ASA Bat I have
swung.

Discussion: 300 + FIELD TAKE

If you went to the Winter Nationals in Fla. and played at the Naples Complex which are 325 foot fields-you saw that there was less home runs hit out.I realize that the norm is 300 and some complexes the fences are shorter than that- but with all the talk about balls, loaded bats what is the players take on Assoc.making the tournaments play on bigger distance field. How many areas have 300+ fields that they could use.Just curious on everyone's take?

I did not mean it to be sarcastic on the out of the planet comment but unfortunately I know alot of seniors who have altered bats.I realize rolling helps break in bats but there are more shaving done than people want to realize.I guess winning means more than getting one hurt.Until they can
devise a test to detect altered bats
then it will not stop!!

Unfortunately it is done alot whether you shave or roll them.Like changing of
rules the altered bat will always be around. Not only home run hitters do it but if you want a little edge it is being done by single hitters.I do not condon it but it is there and if you belief it is not being done than your not of this planet.
