Hi Tom:

Are you not having a 65 division in your tournament.

Thanks:

I agree with you Jawood. I believe Mrs Inslee is enjoying his TV time way too much. He did fit in nicely with his lady friends on the View.

I believe the playing part will not be a problem in local tournaments. When you have to jump in a plane and stay in a hotel room is where I have an issue at least for now.

Thanks:

Hi SSUSA:

While we are all hoping and praying for our country and our families I ask that you consider allowing a buy and sell section of the board just until we are safe to play again. Any items advertised either wanted to sell or wanted to buy must be softball related.

Thank You:

Hi:

A few of us hit my 27.5 12" EL Suncoast the other day and everyone of us thought it was a great bat. I like the old soft barrel bats and to me that is what this bat feels like when you make contact. It has a large sweet spot for a 12" bat. I usually swing either a 27 or 28oz and this one is a 27.5. I liked it so much I ordered a 26.5 yesterday. One of the other guys that hit it also ordered one.

Thanks:

Hi:

About how many swings did it take to get the 12" broke in?

Thanks:

Hi All:

I received my 12" Suncoast Melee max and it has been too cold to hit it yet but it definitely feels more end loaded than last years red Adidas. The handle feels quite a bit thinner so it feels like you can get a little more bat speed. Can't wait to get out and hit it. I usually swing a 28oz bat so I bought the 27.5 and to me it feels pretty close in weight.

Thanks:

Discussion: Launch Angle

Hi All:

I was told at the end of last season that one thing I need to work on was launch angle. I usually hit the ball hard but rarely hit a fly ball. My question is to get the right launch angle is the answer in adjusting your stance, hands, grip or?

Thanks for the suggestions.

Hi Mr Wolf

Thanks for the update. I should have a red 12" Melee Max delivered in the next couple days. Can't wait to put a few swings on it but it is kind of cool out here so not sure if I will swing it Friday. If I like the way a bat is weighted I can usually find the sweet spot most of the time.

Thank You:

Great post Mr Imlay and I believe every competitive ballplayer should think the same as you do.

So is the new red Suncoast bat the same barrel length as last years red Adidas? If so that will be the one I will get. If it is not I will probably go with the green one. I head they swing a little light. I currently rotate between a 27 and 28oz.

Thanks

Cowboy19, Did you hit the 13" EL or 12"? Is the 12" the same barrel length as last years red Adidas? I am going to get one but just can't decide which one.

Thanks:

Discussion: Getting reclassified

Hi All:

What is the procedure for getting reclassified from a M+ to a Major player? Last year I was on a M+ team but only played about half the time. I am a fill in player at best at that level so can I write SSUSA an email or?

Thanks for the help.

Hi Lee:

Is the 12" like last years red 12" Adidas or is it a true 12" like the 2018 orange? Also is the EL a 1/2oz or more?

I will be buying one just need to figure out what bat to get.

Thanks for the help.

Hi:

I have had two scope surgeries on the same knee getting more taken out each time. After the second one about 6 years ago the knee has never been even close to what it was before the first surgery. If I had to do it all over again I would have waited as long as possible to get the first one dealt with. Try everything possible before you get scoped.
Thanks:

If these new bats are similar to last years red two piece but with a little more end load I will be buying one. The red bat is nice but just needs more EL.

Hi Lefty:

What model did you get? I am 66 and have been swinging the original Gold Reebok Melee EL 28oz. I like the end load and feel of those old bats but want to find a new bat that I like also. The old ones are getting very hard to find.

Thanks:

Hi All:

Just wondering what new Adidas bats will be coming out for next season. All the Adidas bats are good but just wondering what new stuff we will see soon.

Thanks:
