Big Mike, I agree with the previous comments and your ratings should be reviewed. I think it was one of your team members that had a medical issue on Saturday. Scary moment for all who were there. Is he all right?

Check out Demarini Black Ops,$199 is the most expensive but one if its best features for me is it will stand on its own, no leaning or falling over.

I 've played with screen before, no issues, batted ball in screen should be strike, not DBO. Only draw back to screen is it will take away some potential double plays. I am ok with that because the trade off is I can now shoot middle without fear of injuring or pissing off pitcher because he thought I was aiming for him which I always try hard not to but sometimes it just happens. Besides moving bases to 70' will offset lost DP's started by pitcher.

James,
I remember when you tore it. It was at the RAC last September running to 1st.
Just remember to warm up and stretch.

Hi James,
I wish I would of known last Sunday at our meeting I could of told you all about it.
I did the same thing 3 years ago in an end of season October game, thought it was a pull so just did the ususal ice and rest routine. Thought things were going fine until I noticed the muscle ball up. I went to Ortho surgon and was diagonsed with tear and due to time elasped (can only do surgery with in first 3 weeks) more harm would be done with surgery.
It has now been two full seasons since and I find that the leg is still weak, it will fatigue quickly on a hard sprint and begin to buckle usually about the time I want to take an extra base.
Pre game prep I wrap both thighs with a McDavid (brand) velcro thigh wrap and then use slide shorts to help keep it in place. Then I do extra stretches to limber up. The wrap helps keep the muscle warm.I notice that if I run too hard before full warm up the thigh will cramp.
This year I am makeing a special effort to get in shape. Been going to Y since early December. That being said, I know no matter how hard I train the two legs will never be equal unless I tear the other side ha ha.

Thanks for the kind words and support James and TP. I hope your knee is getting better. My only regret about getting older is it takes longer to heal. See you soon.

Shane, I'll call you later today and and see if I can jog your memory. Hint I was with Wolfpac last year and played with Yeagers this last weekend.
