Actually, the fields are 315 down the lines and 322 in center. Alot of room to cover in the OF.
Over the past several years field maintenance has been lacking. Grass is vey high and thick, causing balls to be hit through the infield to die quickly in the grass and causing the OFers to continuously run excessively to retrieve the ball. Routine singles become very easy doubles.
Last year in a May tournament, thousands upon thousands of 1 foot dandelions literally covered the OF. The OF was a farce. It was cut the next day on Sunday.
Alot of players complained. Hopefully that will not be an issue this year. I am a little pessimistic because of past field conditions over the years.
Make sure to be some cover for shading purposes, Complex has no cover from the sun.

2-3 players from Kalamazoo Merchants would like to participate in Maumee, ohio. Team decided not to go and several of us would still like to participate. If there is a team that could use us (50+AAA) you can contact me at DennyL1953@AOL.com. 2 outfielders-1 infielder.
