I just got released from this year's roaster. The team I was playing with added a couple really really good players which I disagreed with so I asked to be released. The only place I know, where Washington borders Alaska is on page 75 of the SSUSA Rulebook. We (WA) border Hawaii there, also!!
Yep! ... Alaska and Hawaii get bordering states status for reasonably close states due to being isolated from the "Continental 48"
