May I add I had been retired for awhile decided last year to start playing again. I have played many positions. Bat is decent and right now playing first on a Mens Open D team looking to get a little more into my age range.

Emmitt, I play on a 55+ major team based out of Georgia. I also play in a Senior League at Al Bishop in Marietta. I know it's a drive from Henry County but I know of one or two from the south side of Atlanta that make the trip.
We have a Facebook group, Georgia Elite Senior Softball. Ask to join and I would be happy to accept it.
I have probably seen you as I and a teammate have played for Totally Committed, the E class winners at Bishop a week ago.
Our 55 tournament team is now in search of a pitcher. I'll pass your number along.

Which D team did you play for? I would suggest that you drive to Montgomery this Saturday and check out the teams there. We play at 10:00am and 2:00pm, then double elimination, finishing up on Sunday.

About the only thing I don't do is pitch. I had a team years ago called the Renegades we played in East Point and Hapeville Leagues. I will have to set up a Facebook page as I am not currently on Facebook. The Men's D league I am playing on is in Henry County. I play for a team called Catalyst. What days do they play at AL Bishop?
