Swing Makeover#67..Point of Contact, a Common Flaw.. 52 year olds swing demo
https://youtu.be/bEoIk4E9tZY
Corrections: Slowing tempo, working backside, envisioning the ball off to the hitters side, rather than ahead too far, moving the tee back closer to catcher, swinging in a rotational arc and letting ball come back to the point of the arc where contact should be made, are some of the ways to reduce the chasing and hitting of the ball out front too far. Also looking to cut thru a portion of the ball helps. We want to catch the ball square at the lag to snap point of contact and not ahead too far where the swing evolves into the rollover of the wrists. Common and persistent flaw for many of us.
