Discussion: Recent TOC Tourney Format question

Just recently returned from the TOC in Fla and my only beef is with the 55/60 teams being combined. I understand yes, there are guaranteed games and there weren't enough Majors+ teams they were getting rings regardless. We are a 55 Major team, but let me preface by saying that I do not have a problem playing against Majors + teams. My issue is that playing against those teams should not be allowed to knock us.
If there is a reason as to why that is please let me know. Just my .02
The originally published format for the 55/60-Platinum had the three Major+ teams (two 55-M+ and one 60-M+, receiving an equalizer) splitting off into a three-team Double Elimination bracket after pool play ... Friday before the event, one of the 55-M+ teams (Florida Automated Shade) withdrew from the T.O.C., leaving seven teams with a rating index of 7 and one with an R/I=8 (DLB) ... The re-write was made to an eight-team bracket with DLB giving the equalizer ... We could have given DLB the option to play "Exhibition" and not be able to advance in the bracket ... When faced in advance with this circumstance, we normally give the team the option to withdraw and get their entry fee refunded, but not that late in the game after they have committed to travel and hotel reservations ... The reason/fault for this rests squarely with Florida Automated Shade for their late withdrawal ...

Can someone post the TOC final standings?
Sorry. Specifically looking for the 50's, 55's and 60's
jt1919 ... The tourney paperwork got back to Sacramento with the traveling delegation just before midnight Monday ... Lots of the results are available in the two TOC UPDATES Message Board threads ... Detail results are also available in the Auburndale thread for 60-Major, 55-AAA and 50-AAA divisions ... The rest should be available shortly ...
