Question on ISA and ISSA vs. SSUSA
SSUSA Staff...question concerning ISA and ISSA. Are they 'governed' by SSUSA rules? Secondly, what is the difference between ISA and ISSA associations? ISSA has a tournament scheduled South Shore Championship in Crown Point, Ind. in Sept this year...can registered SSUSA teams compete in this event? Thanks for your help and consideration...Regards

The ISA (Independent Sports Association) is a partner to SSUSA. Their rules mirror SSUSA. ISA's premier senior event takes place in Indiana at the end of July and is normally well attended.

The ISSA is a separate association entirely. Their playing rules, roster rules and qualifying process is different than ISA/SSUSA.

Good luck.
