Ultra2
I just got my new u2 and it looks like the originals. Haven't swung it yet so I don't no whether it hits like the old ones or not. Anyone else have their new one and have swung it?

Have only used the new U2 so I can't compare it to the original U2...But I can tell you that it hits the ball a very, very, long, long, way...Have to find a new field to safely hit in (no thick woods, childrens play areas,or rivers)...Just wish that it was a tad more end loaded...Has about 80 hits on it...QUESTION: DO THIS BATS GET 'HOTTER' as THEY ARE USED ?????

Guys, I just got 3 of the new u2s. Going to try something differant this time. I will swing one until it has 100 swings on it, using the secont one until 50 swings and then hitting all 3 in a test. Right now the 1st one only has 25 swings but it still hits well. I know it will loosen up. My only real worry is if it will last longer then the older model. Keep your fingers crossed.

I recently cracked a new U2 at around 125 swings and I don't hit hard. The bat was new-in-wrapper and slightly new-old-stock. I purchased it 18 months ago and stuck it in a closet until needed.

I feel like the last year or so before the Advance came out Miken has several batches that were totally $hit. I went thru 5 durning that time. I also am not a heavy hitter. I am working on the new ones and hope they last a lot longer.
