If there is only ONE team in a division with the USA tag next to it, are they awarded the USA National Champion since there isn't a second team in that division to play against? Also, are they given the #1 seed going into tournament play?

A couple of questions ... A few relevant answers and comments ...

[1] If only one "USA" team is designated, there is no qualifying opponent (Champion or Runner-up from the other side) for a USA National game coming to Las Vegas ...
[2] The team with no opponent will be declared the USA National Champion in that age/division ...
[3] The team with no opponent is guaranteed no worse than the #2 seed in the bracket IF that bracket has five or more teams ... They may earn the #1 seed conventionally ...
[4] Teams will earn the Triple Grand Slam if they earn two of the three Grand Slam legs (East or West title + Win USA National Game + Win World's bracket) on the field of play ... If there is no USA National Game, winning the East or West National's bracket and the World's bracket will get it done ...

Good luck!
