eligibility & border states rule
Hello everybody. I Have a couple of questions. I turn 50 in March 2006. I have heard that I am eligible to start playing in November, 2005. Is this true? Also, is the bordering states rule going to be continued in 2006? Thanks

Yes, you can play in the SSWC and SPA Winternationals in Nov of this year. I believe the SPA tournament in La. will also let you play.
The bordering states rule should still be in effect in 2006. I think that Ca and Fl borders will be open also in 2006.
