ALL DIVISIONS IN THE TOC WERE NOT UNDER THE SAME RULES SOME TEAMS THAT WERE AWARDED CHAMPIONSHIPS PLAYED AS EXHIBITION TEAMS THAT COULD NOT ELIMINATE ANYONE,AND SOME WERE ABLE TO ELIMINATE. ALL TEAMS THAT WERE AWARDED RINGS AND TROPHIES IN ANY CLASS OR AGE DIVISION SHOULD HAVE BEEN SEEDED LAST WITH NO CHANCE TO ADVANCE.THIS DID NOT HAPPEN IN ALL THE DIVISIONS
