May 4 Nancy Allen Men's 55 1438 posts | You can call the office at Midwest for your game times. The number is 317-875-8833. |
May 4 rick46204 Men's 55 4 posts | Nancy-- Do you know how many 55 teams will be there on Sat? |
May 4 Nancy Allen Men's 55 1438 posts | There are twelve teams total. I believe 5 in the upper and 7 in the lower. |
May 4 Nancy Allen Men's 55 1438 posts | Can the following teams contact Midwest for their game times? Indy Bits and Pieces, Midwest Senior Softball Club, Michigan Express, Midwest ATPs, Indiana Legends/Webb Auto, Stafford Sales, and Cleveland 65s. |
May 4 Nancy Allen Men's 55 1438 posts | Gary, they show Vern Carr as the manager, and Midwest is still looking for him to call in for his game times. Thanks. |
May 7 mdf Men's 50 10 posts | Can anyone tell me who came it first and second in both AA and AAA at the Brickyard this last weekend. |
May 8 Nancy Allen Men's 55 1438 posts | Midwest will be sending me over all the results hopefully today. I will post the winner and runner-up of each division after I have that. I remember results of a couple but not all of the divisions. It was a wonderful weekend with the great weather. It was good seeing all of the teams. What touched me the most was the Millers team from Michigan. I had asked about Bob Denny who passed away a couple of months ago, and they shared memories. Later that night Charlie Miller fell out in their dugout and went to the hospital. When I talked to the gentlemen from Millers Sunday morning, they told me that he had a heart attack and was recovering in the hospital but should probably be able to go home. Their spirits were still positive. They are truly a class act. I have known this team for a few years, and I only hope that our team is this active at 65+ age. |
May 9 Jimmy # 7 28 posts | In the future a map should be opened and the local teams play the early games..Less distance Early Games..The wait in between games was ROUGH...And NO WATER AT THE FIELD'S..But the WIND was FREE..There were some good teams and ALOT of GOOD PLAY'S at the tourney..I hope all the tourney's are that competitive..Jimmy#7 |
May 9 Gene22 Men's 55 78 posts | The weather was great, but you have to go to a gas station for a map and water must not have been in the budget. |
May 9 Gene22 Men's 55 78 posts | That perk was lost for the teams that played on the back diamonds (5&6) during a game, but thanks for your insite of the park lay-out. Did you use to work at Disney World. Just kidding. |
