um, a 50 year old that can't run, plays first or catch and loves to DH. I'm suprised that no one has picked you up. Those players are hard to come by in senior ball....:):)

and the team i'm on has played some 55 major tournys this year, we didn't win or come in second but we played.

Hello, I am a transplant to Hemet, CA. I am a 53 yr old female, fairly athletic, I haven't played softball since high school but I learn quickly. I'd like to at least try-out and see if I can fit in. Thank you.

Do a net search for these teams perhaps you can find a home... Also suggest a post on the woman's softball message board at bottom of message board scroll list.
These teams competed in Reno. I included 55's incase you might turn 55 next year if you haven't had your BD yet this year. Always a possibility.
Some are very active teams.
